Per Section 3.5 of the Hillstad HOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, homeowners are required to have external changes to their properties (homes, lots) reviewed and approved by the Hillstad Architectural Control Committee (ACC), to ensure that intended changes are in line with HOA governance parameters.
The Hillstad HOA is in a transition period, and is currently in the process of moving to a new property management partner.
Details on the new partner's process for the submission of ACC requests will be provided soon.
